I work as a Registered Nurse at UMC Surgical Unit - Orthopedic Trauma. I enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband Steve. I have 2 children, Robert, 25 who served in the Navy for 4 years and is presently working as a plumber. He has 1 semester at Hinds then will complete his education at USM in Electronics Engineering. Adrianne is 20, and is attending Hinds and will transfer to UMC to major in Nursing.
I have been married to Steve for 28 years. He has been an instructor at Hinds for the past 26 years. We spend our free time riding Harley Softail and Ultra Classic. Recent trip to Blue Ridge Parkway in May, 2200 miles. Road "Tail of Dragon" with 318 curves in 11 miles. Other adventures include Yellowstone, Florida Keys, Sturgis, South Dakota twice, New Mexico, Wisconsin, 100th Anniversary of Harley's. Riden in 27 states. Plans to ride 4 corners of the U.S. next May.
I am presently working at UMC for the past 10 years. Completing RN First Assistant's Program. Nursing since 1981. I am Orthopedic Team Leader in the Adult Operating Room and spend other days working on pediatric floor.
I am looking forward to seeing old classmates.

It's hard for me to imagine you riding bikes. Sound like you guys have great passion for it as I do.
Funny that you're on the Orthopedic Trauma Team. All of my Orthopedic nurses think I'm crazy..... well I guess they know it.
2 accidents - 2 broken legs + a run in with a deer that netted a broke foot and wrist.
It's still the best natural rush that I've found. You must know what I'm talking about.
